Mae

Psychotherapist

Provides therapy in English and Thai

PACFA Certified Practising Counsellor

My Approach

Mae is an integrative psychotherapist (PACFA) who offers therapy in both English and Thai, seeing clients online and in person. She works with adults who feel stuck or emotionally overwhelmed, as well as those navigating periods of confusion, relationship difficulties, or significant change that leave them feeling unsure or disconnected from themselves.

Mae brings a calm, reflective presence and believes therapy is not about fixing you, but about helping you slow down, feel more connected, and understand what’s going on inside. Her style is warm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental. She creates space for curiosity, emotional honesty, and deeper self-awareness, helping clients explore their patterns and move forward with greater clarity and compassion.

Her own experience of migration and cultural transition enriches the way she supports clients exploring identity, belonging, and the emotional challenges of building a life in a new environment. Mae welcomes people from all backgrounds and is mindful of how cultural, relational, and personal histories shape each person’s story.

Mae’s approach to therapy is warm, reflective, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace. She draws from a range of modalities depending on what feels most supportive for each client. These include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic awareness, and art-based practices. These approaches support her in working relationally and holistically, helping clients tune into both their emotional and embodied experience.
