I am a couples and relationship counselor, dedicated to helping individuals and couples feel truly understood, supported, and connected.  I've worked with couples for close to 20 years, in my first career in financial planning and advice in the SME space and now as a couples therapist.

I am the support squad for couples who are life/spouse partners and business partners and co-founders. My mission is to reduce the anxiety associated with conflict while supporting deeper connection and growth for all couples. Relationships are a beautiful dance towards connection, belonging and intimacy often leaves individuals and couples feeling; anxious, fearful, frustrated, angry, disconnected, numb, overwhelmed, disorientated, stressed, depleted, and lost.

Secondly, there is a way to find the understanding, empathy, collaborative and creative space you desire to master your relationships. Therapy is a space for brave souls. Welcome brave ones.  I don't use cookie cutter approaches to therapy. Each individual and couple is unique. Therefore creativity is at the forefront of everything that I do, authenticity, compassion and empathy a must. I provide a warm space to reflect and grow. Please reach out.
